Past Projects

Automatic Taping Machine  (Click On Photo For Full Size Image)   This machine was developed for the application of double sided pressure sensitive adhesive.  Production rate went from manual application of 220 parts per hour to 700 parts per hour with the machine.

Stamping Press Un-Loader  (Click On Photo For Full Size Image)   Developed a “robot” that takes parts of varying lengths off of a stamping press and stacks them in a tray.  This eliminated the need to have an operator at the press. Project cost was less than $5,000.

Automatic Notching Machine  (Click On Photo For Full Size Image)   This machine was developed for making air filter frames out of extruded aluminum channel.  Depending on the part being made, parts per hour are at least double that of the manual operation it replaced.  Setup time was reduce from 15 minutes down to less than 1 minute.

Fabric Handle Maker  (Click On Photo For Full Size Image)   Previous manual cut-seal operations needed to make the handles yielded around 20 parts per hour.  There was also a significant amount of scrap at a later operation due to the inconsistency of the sealing process.  The new machine produces over 1000 parts per hour with almost no scrap.
